Head of Event

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Event to plan, organize, and execute a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, sponsorship development, promotion strategies, and vendor coordination, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and run sheets for all events.
• Plan, execute and oversee all aspects of event preparation, including venue sourcing, vendor engagement, event setup and teardown, décor, catering, technical production, and entertainment.
• Lead sponsorship planning and management, including identifying potential sponsors, preparing proposals, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled.
