Our Clients is seeking a Head of Distribution Learning & Development in Metro Manila, Philippines. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive learning and capability-building strategy to enhance sales effectiveness and drive performance across a large distribution organization. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and a strong background in managing field sales teams. An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
