Head of Design & Master Planning

Adecco is searching for a General Manager, Design & Planning in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This critical position will steer the architectural vision and design strategy for all real estate development projects, managing a team of architects and orchestrating external consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning, with at least 12–15 years of experience in design management and proven success in delivering high-rise and mixed-use projects.
