Job Purpose

• Responsible for developing and managing robust information technology and e-banking systems

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by executive management or board

• Strong knowledge in Core Banking systems, especially Temenors T24 in order to supervise local developments by consultant while ensuring a sound system

• Plan and implement/update all technology projects/strategies and ensure project documentation is maintained in line with institutional standards

• Ensure adequate and relevant contingency and disaster recovery plans are maintained and periodically tested

• Lead the implementation and testing procedures to ensure that newly released software produces the expected results

• Analyse the business requirements of all departments/branches to determine their technology needs
