• Computer literate
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Problem‑solving ability under pressure
• Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and hygiene standards
• Professional appearance and high energy levels
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
