Position Overview

The Head Chef will oversee the full culinary operation at a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sand, ensuring the delivery of refined, innovative, and memorable dining experiences in line with the standards of a luxury lodge. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a high‑performing kitchen team, develop seasonal and culturally inspired menus, maintain strict hygiene and HACCP compliance, and drive financial efficiency. The ideal candidate is creative, disciplined, and passionate about sustainability, guest engagement, and elevating the lodge’s culinary identity.
