Hardware Store Manager

Salary: $78,495.00 to $98,115.00 annually (to be negotiated).

Tasks

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

• Computer and technology knowledge: Point of Sale system, inventory control software, MS Outlook
• Valid driver's licence
• Client focus
• Efficient interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral communication
• Excellent written communication
