H R Specialist $ 55,000.00- $65,000.00 +12% 401K +Quarterly Bonuses [ Potential - Total Bonuses 20% + ] H R Specialist position to supports its Pittsburgh office. The role is responsible for driving recruitment efforts while also supporting key HR and payroll functions.

The ideal candidate will contribute to full-cycle recruiting activities to attract top talent, while also processing and administering payroll across multiple U.S. states in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, this role also supports core HR functions, including maintaining employee records, benefits coordination, and ensuring tax compliance, while upholding a standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
