Growth Analytics & Insights Manager

Lula is on the lookout for a Growth Analytics & Insights Manager to join the team and spearhead data‑led decision‑making across our customer acquisition and lifecycle funnels.

In this role, you’ll focus on marketing analytics, performance measurement, and funnel analysis, providing the commercial insights needed to optimise acquisition, uplift customer quality, and drive growth outcomes across the business.

Collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, CRM, Product, Credit, and BI teams, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance conversion performance and marketing effectiveness.
