Groups and Banquets Auditor

A Banquet and Group Auditor will ensure proper administrative, operational and financial control of hotel banquets and groups, Auditor verify that contract services are delivered as agreed and that billing accurately reflects actual consumption, ensuring correct revenue care and prevent losses
What will I be doing?
As Banquet and Group Auditor, you will audit Banquets and Group reports by collecting necessary information from Food and Beverage an Front office and recommending improvements as required. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Audit Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) Before, during and after events
Verify the services, food and beverages delivered match what was contracted
Control actual consumption versus budgeted amounts Food, Beverage and equipment)
Validate event setups, schedules, number of attendees and last-minute changes.
