Group & Voluntary Insurance Operations Specialist

AIA Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to support the efficient administration of Group and Voluntary Solutions products. Responsibilities include processing new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and responding to enquiries via CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years in insurance or financial services, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary, and understanding of insurance products is advantageous.
