Group Performance Marketing Leader

team.blue is seeking a Performance Team Lead to oversee performance marketing across diverse channels including Paid Media, SEO/GEO, CRO, and Affiliate. This role involves direct leadership of a team to ensure execution excellence in marketing strategies and build a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in performance marketing, adept in data analysis, with proven experience in leading multi-brand campaigns. Fluency in English and another European language is required.
