Provide general gardening, cleaning and grounds‑maintenance services across estates, ensuring high standards, safe working practices, and good customer interaction.

Your new role

  • Grounds maintenance across gardens andmunal areas
  • Customer interaction and reporting issues (repairs, fly‑tipping, graffiti, safeguarding)
  • Safe equipment use including PPE, COSHH and incident reporting
  • Vehicle checks and keeping vehicles clean andpliant
  • Accurate recording of work and inspections

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Grounds‑maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care
  • Ability to work physically and safely
  • Good customer‑service skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Understanding of COSHH, PPE and Health & Safety
