Responsibilities
Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management including:
Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners. Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations. Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption. Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity. Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution.
