Job Description:

The Graduate Assistant for Athletics will assist the Director of Athletics in all areas of operating an elite college athletics department. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task efficiently, communicate at a high level, and be extremely organized. The Graduate Assistant for Athletics will report to the Director of Athletics.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Serve as the greeter in the athletics office
  • Manage all accounts payable for coaches
  • Manage apparel and equipment orders
  • Manage scheduling and maintenance of athletics vehicles
  • Assist with team transportation scheduling
  • Assist in facility maintenance
  • Assist in monitoring CARA for the sport program
  • Assist with eligibility and compliance duties
  • Represent the sport program and the university in the community
