Vacancy Description
- A successful applicant will commence full time employment as an Analyst in early 2027 in either the Auckland or Christchurch office
- Analysts work directly with senior members of the Investment Banking team on a range of mandates, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, as well as the provision of strategic and financial advice
- Key responsibilities of the role include research and analysis, documentation preparation, financial modelling, analysis, valuation support, transaction execution support, idea generation and supporting marketing activities of the firm
- The successful applicant will have a degree or postgraduate degree in law, commerce, engineering, and/or mathematics and will have advanced computer skills including an ability to work effectively with the full Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
