A Bidding Accounts Lead for government projects oversees the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compliance and securing contracts. They monitor bid opportunities, manage documentation, and coordinate with government agencies, particularly through the PhilGEPS portal.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Bidding Process Management: Supervise the entire bidding lifecycle, from identifying opportunities (Pre-bid) to submission and post-bid monitoring.
• Document Preparation & Quality Control: Review, monitor, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of all bidding documents, technical requirements, and financial proposals with company standards and requirements.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure strict adherence to government procurement regulations to prevent disqualification, including tracking bid bulletins and responding to clarifications.
