Global Services Controller

GLOBAL SERVICES CONTROLLER – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Services Controller will play a critical role in shaping the financial foundation of the company’s emerging Global Services organization. This role is responsible for designing and implementing robust monthly financial reporting for Services, establishing financial governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making as the company evolves from a product-centric model toward a scalable services strategy.

• Financial Reporting & Controls: Design, implement, and own monthly financial reporting for Global Services, including revenue, margin, cost structure, utilization, and other service-related metrics. Establish consistent reporting definitions, KPIs, and financial frameworks for services performance across regions and service lines. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of services financial data in close coordination with Group Finance teams.
