Position: Planning Engineer – Data Center Project
Responsibilities
Prepare overall project schedules, phase schedules, and detailed execution plans.
Develop and maintain project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), critical path schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress, perform schedule analysis, and issue delay alerts and risk warnings.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including client reporting documentation.
Coordinate schedule interfaces across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Support the Project Manager in acceleration plans and resource optimization strategies.
Participate in delay claims and Extension of Time analysis within EPC contract frameworks.
