Global Avature System Admin & TA Tech Lead

Transcom is seeking an Avature System Admin for its Pasig site. In this role, you'll provide support for the global Applicant Tracking System, drive innovation in recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have strong System Admin experience with Avature ATS Suite, 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a global environment.
