This role is simple: you make things that work, and you make them fast. You take rough ideas and turn them into repeatable, data-collecting prototypes. You own the full prototype cycle, iterate quickly, learn from failure, and trade perfection for results when it matters. You like being hands-on, you enjoy rapid cycles of build-test-learn, and you get energized by shipping messy systems that actually collect useful data in the field.

Requirements

• Senior hires should show they have led shipping prototypes, shortened cycle time, made systems more repeatable, and mentored others.
