Our client is an established local listed company that is a strong player in the property/ construction industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a GM – Group HR to join their team in Puchong.

Responsibilities:

1.HRA Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Contribute to overall business planning and decision-making as a member of the senior management team.

2. Monitoring new HRA Projects:

• Collaborate with HR leaders and project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations to all team members.
