General Manager - Georgetown TXGeneral Manager provides leadership and manages the manufacturing operations and support departments to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety to assure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
** Oversee compliance to all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
** Identify training needs within the plant and review current training programs.
** Provide leadership through adherence to all company policies and procedures.
** Responsible for financial performance of the plant.
** Provide support for corporate activities: Quoting, Costing, Procedure development.
** Directly supervises up to 8 direct reports in a 400+ employee, 200,000 sq ft plant.
