Job Description

As a General Maintenance Manager, you will:

Direct team members engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.

Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.

Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

Interpret company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations.

Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
