General Ledger Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ledger entries and reconciliations, including marketing accruals, sales commission accruals, and other key accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assist with regulatory filings as applicable.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end accounting close.
• Incorporate automation and AI‑driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the international accounting team to support the accounting close process for international subsidiaries.
• Assist in the preparation of fluctuation analyses and perform financial statement analytics, providing relevant explanations for fluctuations.
• Lead and participate in projects related to process improvement from both business and systems perspectives.
