【Job Summary】
- Responsibility for work as General Accounting

【Job description】
1. General accounting tasks
- In charge to prepare daily accounting transaction ( AR, AP, Bank Payment, Purchase, Sales, general journal...)
- Checking supporting document for any payments (evidence, invoices, request of payments…)
- Create bank instruction and send necessary supporting docx to bank - VAT invoice issue for clients
- Clearing account and follow up AR and AP- Cash & bank reconciliation-Prepare temporary payment report ( Except for freight charges)
- Prepare monthly closing tasks and temporary review the closing results
- Input accounting system VND all transaction
