Vacancy Description

A Holmes Lumber (a division of Carter Lumber) Garage Door Installer will assist in installing new overhead doors & operators, removing overhead doors & operators for replacement, and assist in installing rolling doors and dock equipment. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Requirements:

  • Previous garage door installation experience required
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and tools
  • Possesses the ability to work under time constraints 
  • Possess strong math skills
  • Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Pay up to $29/hr
  • 7am-4pm Mon-Fri

    • Responsibilities:

  • InstallationReplaces or installs garage doors using the appropriate tools. Analyzes jobsite, assists in running wires, assembling openers, cutting angles, and installing seals.Supports a safe work environment.
