G03 - ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Overview

You will develop and customise GRC solutions on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow) , focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support risk and compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise GRC / IRM modules on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
• Develop platform applications using workflow tools, business rules, scripting frameworks, and UI customisation .
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design automated workflows to support risk assessment and compliance processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor risk posture and compliance status.
