Full Time Office and Bookkeeping Clerk For Auto Parts Store
Office clerk, Full time M-F. Looking for intelligent, efficient office clerk. Bookkeeping knowledge of AR & AP, Quick books, Excel and MS Word a plus. Must have good phone skills.
Pay-$15 – $17 per/hour depending on experience
Job Requirements:
Intelligent / logical (accounting / bookkeeping minded), Willing/able to learn all phases of high volume office. Pleasant / personable / discreet with good phone communication skills. Bookkeeping experience a plus (AR, AP, GL, Payroll), Excel / MS Word & business email proficiency a plus. Neat / organized. Basic computer skills required (Copy, paste, typing, creating, saving files, etc), understands urgency in giving high priority tasks attention (flexible and can reprioritize), is not a slow worker, is on time, reliable and doesn’t take a lot of time off.
