Our Clients is seeking a Full Stack Developer Lead to spearhead the engineering and delivery of complex financial applications. This position involves cloud-native and on-premises architectures, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle and driving Agile ceremonies. Proficiency in Java, Spring, AWS, and financial services domain knowledge is preferred.
