Full Stack Developer (Buenos Aires)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end
• Write and optimise complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party systems
• Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and business stakeholders, to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements
• Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle
