Kaishi is currently working with an early-stage AI startup building a platform that deploys specialized agents across multiple digital channels —helping businesses automate growth, content, and engagement at scale.

The product is already being used to manage workflows across platforms like search, social, and content — replacing what traditionally requires an entire marketing team.

They're a small, fast-moving team with strong product momentum and ambitious plans ahead.

The Role

We’re hiring an early-career engineer to help build and scale a multi-agent AI platform. You’ll work directly with the founding team across both frontend and backend — contributing to agent workflows, integrations, and user-facing features. This is a high-learning, high-impact role with exposure to AI systems, real-world scale, and startup execution.
