Fuel Plant Manager

A well‑established fuel and lubricant operation in the Oxford, MS area is seeking a hands‑on Plant & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure safe, efficient product handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, team leadership, customer interaction, sales, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing bulk fuel and lubricants
• Oversee inventory accuracy, product rotation, and documentation
• Lead and supervise employees, including scheduling, training, and performance support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, and service needs
