- Handling export requests and booking shipments with airlines.
- Recording shipment-related costs and informing customers about shipment status.
- Daily accurate processing of tasks, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Working in a team-oriented manner and being accessible to customers.
- Following up on customs requests and reporting irregularities.
- Initiating claims in case of damage.
