FP&A Manager

Cobb & Jones Recruitment are supporting a local education provider with their search for a new FP&A Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class financial advisory service across the organisation, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Group and Trust.

Responsibilities:

·Lead the production of all budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·Deliver high-quality financial advice and guidance to operational staff and the different business units.

·Oversee monthly management accounts and ensure precise ledger postings.

·Line-manage Finance Business Partners, Systems Accountant, and Management Accounts Assistant.

·Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance with financial regulations.

·Develop and implement training for budget holders on financial systems and policies.
