About the role
We are looking for a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO and shape how Finto operates and grows. This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM and operations. You'll get a front-row seat to enterprise sales and early-stage hiring, learning the fundamentals of both from day one. If you want to learn what it takes to build a company from the inside, this is it.
We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
What you’ll do
- Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business - from sales processes and deal support to marketing messaging and hiring.
- Drive GTM initiatives: help prepare and follow sales conversations, sharpen our messaging, and support outreach to enterprise customers.
