As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You're the technical owner of customer outcomes — hands‑on in the code, embedded in the customer relationship, and responsible for turning our SaaS client’s edge intelligence platform into measurable performance wins for the world's top ecommerce brands.

What you’ll be doing

• Write, review, and debug transform scripts that modify storefront responses at the edge, ensuring correctness across device types, locales, and customer groups.
• Actively monitor customer trials and react to issues or anomalies fast, whether that’s a code change or an internal escalation — speed of solution is key.
• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of merchant accounts — acting as the primary engineering point of contact for escalations.
