Forward Deployed Engineer

Levity is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and help them maximise the value of our platform by tailoring and implementing AI-driven workflow automatons. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their goals, set up integrations, and provide hands-on support throughout the process.

What you’ll do

Customer workflow mapping: Lead discovery with customer teams (including IT, Product, and AI) to outline automation goals, map workflows, and define success criteria.

Technical implementation & testing: Configure and test custom Levity Work-spaces using customers’ APIs and inboxes. Integrate Levity with customer systems (e.g., CRM, TMS), ensure data flows correctly, and troubleshoot edge cases.

Ongoing support: Act as a primary technical contact post-implementation—monitoring outcomes, resolving issues, and helping customers refine workflows over time.
