The Construction Foreman oversees and supervises construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The role involves managing workers, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules
