What will you do in this job?
Assist in leading the hotel F&B (FOH) program including indoor/outdoor dining & bar, coffee experience, and eventsHandle guest concerns in a professional manner and take fast and appropriate action to solve problemsFollow federal, state and Company policies and regulations for serving alcoholic beverages in a responsible mannerComplete nightly reports and review daily food and beverage salesWork collaboratively with the Executive Chef & F&B ManagerMay be responsible for ordering, receipt and storage of all alcohol and other restaurant & bar inventories & equipmentAlways have the guest and staff experience in mindFacilitate a positive environment an...
