The Floating Maintenance Technician-Porter provides hands-on maintenance support across three communities as needed to ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, responding to work orders, supporting site teams during vacancies or high demand periods, and assisting with inspections and special projects. The Floating Maintenance Technician must be adaptable, highly skilled, and able to work independently while maintaining consistent company standards across all assigned locations.
