Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily FIP inspection activities, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Lead, train, coach, and evaluate FIP Inspectors to ensure performance expectations are met.Perform and oversee visual inspections of vehicles, including walking around vehicles to inspect for defects, damages, and imperfections.Review and validate inspection documentation (VCR/CPO) and ensure accurate data entry into the JLR system or other required systems.Oversee inspection of functional operations including doors, window locks, seatbelts, steering, compartments, seat covers, emergency releases, keys, and related components.Ensure proper installation of required materials including guides, manuals, warnings, floormats, and other CPO-adherent items.Authorize vehicle release for further service and/or additional work as needed.
