Responsibilities
Set up and operate finishing equipment including grinders, sandblasters, speed testers, and balancing machines Perform finishing operations such as grinding, cutting to dimensions, dressing, deburring, and small sandblasting Load and unload materials manually or with hoists or lifting devices Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality Follow work orders, instructions, and production specifications Record production and processing data in required systems and documentation Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements Qualifications
