Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coordinate tax compliance and advisory client engagements within the financial services industry.Develop a new client portfolio, establish budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.Participate in managing a compliance group by forecasting future compliance work, delegating tasks effectively, providing coaching and training, and resolving staffing issues.Share knowledge to enhance professional development and service delivery.
