Financial Representative

Job Description

The Financial Clearance Representative will demonstrate the ability to work respectfully/collaboratively with others to achieve positive service delivery while responding to billing inquiries and resolving problems for walk-in patients and guarantors. This role will be assigned to an Evening shift from 11:00AM - 7:00PM. This position operates from Wednesday to Sunday. 

Requirements

Candidates must have:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Patient communication experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Minimum of 1 year experience
