Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage a team of accountants
- Be the IFRS technical go-to person in the Group
- Review and guide on allocated Segments GL reconciliations
- Facilitate governance around monthly recon control sheets
- Complete bi-annual performance reviews with direct reports
- Contribute to setting KPIs for direct reports
- Contribute and participate in the operations annual budgeting process
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual consolidated budget
