Job Summary
The Financial Controller oversees all financial and accounting functions, ensuring the institution’s financial stability and compliance with Philippine regulatory standards. This role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, managing the revenue cycle (including PhilHealth and HMO claims), and providing data-driven insights to improve patient care efficiency and hospital profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
