to join their team! This is a highly visible Controller role with strong internal growth potential, direct exposure to executive and operational leadership, and the opportunity to impact plant performance while building toward larger plant or multi-site finance leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team, including goal setting, training, mentoring, and performance management.
Manage the month-end close process and prepare financial reporting packages with detailed variance analysis and business commentary.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on operational reporting, including yield, labour efficiency, SKU mix, operating costs, inventory levels, DIO, and project spend.
