Financial Controller

Location: On-site role based in Madrid with occasional trips to Sweden

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Big 4 and/or the pharmaceutical industry ; experience in generic pharma is strongly preferred.

We are looking for a Financial Controller – to support financial performance management across Northern Europe . Based on-site in Madrid and reporting to the FP&A Manager , this role will drive high-quality financial planning, reporting and business insights, ensuring accurate performance tracking and supporting decision‑making across the Generics organization.

Specific Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the planning cycle for the region (budget, forecast updates, long‑range planning where applicable).
