Hiring for an Indian MNC client in the manufacturing sector. Role- GM- Financial Controller Mandatory Requirements: - CA Qualified - Strong expertise in Ind AS and IFRS, including financial consolidation. - Manufactuing Background preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Oversee accurate and timely preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements are met. Maintain robust accounting processes, policies, and documentation. 2. Consolidation & Group Reporting Manage consolidation of multiple entities, including domestic and international subsidiaries. Ensure alignment with group reporting requirements and timelines.
